History
FMI was founded by Drago Zgrabljic whose business successes chronicle from 1982 to the present. He has successfully operated masonry and general contracting companies, providing building owners with solutions and years of quality construction services.
Recently he merged Facility & Construction Resource, Inc., an Illinois company with Facility Maintenance Inc., a Minnesota company, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to the northland.
Drago Zgrabljic, FMP, General Manager
Drago has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Illinois, and is an accomplished estimator, project, and construction manager. He is a member of IFMA (International Facility Management Association), has earned the credential of FMP (Facilities Management Professional) and has successfully managed numerous multi-tenant buildings and hundreds of construction projects. As a business executive his duties encompass overseeing the day-to-day business activities of FMI.
